Acumen Next Member Participant Agreement

Knowledge Network Participant Agreement - Acumen Next Member

By agreeing to participate in the Knowledge Network, you are agreeing to complete the following:
  • The Onboarding module that walks through the program expectations 
  • Prepare and attend the Meet & Greet on August 19, 2021 from 4:00 to 5:15PM BST 
  • Prompts or prep-work, prior to each of the three meetings with my match, which will take no more than 30 minutes
  • Complete three calls with my match, no less than one hour each, by November 15, 2021
  • Submit a midpoint check-in with the Acumen team in the form of an email response 
  • Complete a final check-in with the Acumen team, in the form of a feedback survey, by November 30th
  • Conduct yourself in accordance with the Acumen Code of Ethics
In interacting with your match from The Foundry community, you agree to: 
  • Respond to emails, messages and communications within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with your match 
  • Come prepared to each call with a question or topic to discuss with your match
  • Exercise patience - not all of the Foundry members have consistent and reliable access to the internet, so you should expect delays in responsiveness from time to time. You should also be prepared to use platforms like Whatsapp to communicate as it tends to be more reliable and widely used. 
Should my circumstances change, impacting my ability to participate fully, I agree to:
  • Communicate promptly with the the Acumen Next team (Heartie: hlook@acumen.org or Will: wmidwinter@acumen.org)
  • Communicate promptly with my match from The Foundry, with a member of the Acumen Next team (Heartie: hlook@acumen.org or Will: wmidwinter@acumen.org) copied in the communication
